Use the alphabet to help remember the five salient points in each technique

1 A Avoid (after the meeting hand blades), Dodge
2 B Break Balance, Disturb
3 C Control and Commence Technique, Start
4 D Do, Drop, Down, "Dump", Done
5 E End Elegantly, finish, Stop

Break Balance with right hand
Right hand, left hand 
Hand on side of face (Chin)
Right foot between feet

Grasp wrist and elbow
Break Balance
Hand on side of face (Chin)
Right foot outside feet

Avoid outside  - shuffle to rear corner
Grasp wrist with right hand 
Break Balance
Use left hand high 
Reverse posture

Break Balance
Flick left hand high towards face for a reaction
Uke's both hands up, Tori's hands low
Reverse posture, Shuffle, Shuffle

Avoid outside - right foot forward
Grasp wrist and elbow
Break balance push round and control
Hands on shoulders, push down & back 
Right foot forward 
Shuffle, Shuffle back, left foot leading 
Oshitaoshi (Push down) - Adrian Tyndale & Nancy McClean 6

Avoid outside - right foot forward
Both hands on wrist  
Break balance, off the line then across the line 
Push elbow over the head and down 
Reverse posture, hip towards armpit 
Regular posture, push to ground and control arm
Udegaeshi (Arm turn) - Adrian Tyndale & Nancy McClean 7

Avoid outside - both hands on wrist
Break balance, off the line 
Respond to Uke's reaction by step and pivot
Break balance and encircle arm 
Hip turn, arm towards the head
Shuffle left posture
Hikitaoshi (Pull down) - Adrian Tyndale & Nancy McClean 8

Avoid outside - Regular posture
Grasp wrist push, hip pull to
Break balance towards Uke's little toe
Give wrist to left hand, Right hand on elbow
Move back right foot forward
Shuffle, Shuffle back, left foot leading 
Udehineri (Entangled arm twist) - Adrian Tyndale & Nancy McClean 9

Avoid outside - Regular posture 
Grasp wrist push, hip pull to break balance 
Uke reacts by pulling and dropping 
Maintain downwards pressure on elbow
Entangle arm, Hip pivot and throw
Finish left posture

Avoid outside 
Grip wrist underneath with left hand
Break Balance - push arm towards weak line 
Both hands on wrist 
Shuffle, Shuffle in the direction of fingers
Clamp Uke's wrist to Tori's chest 
Reinforce with right hand, Finish right posture
